Carely is an AI-powered home healthcare coordination platform. Our services include:

• Doctor home visits and in-person consultations
• Professional nursing and skilled caregiver support
• Physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions
• Diagnostics facilitated through licensed partner networks
• Online consultation and teleconsultation services

Carely does NOT provide emergency medical services. In the event of any of the following, users must immediately contact a hospital or call emergency services:

• Breathing difficulties or respiratory distress
• Chest pain or suspected cardiac events
• Signs of stroke or neurological emergency
• Loss of consciousness or unresponsiveness
• Any other life-threatening or severe condition

Carely uses artificial intelligence to enhance service recommendations, care matching, and coordination. However, AI is a supplementary tool only — it does not replace the judgment or authority of qualified medical professionals.

All services offered through Carely Health are subject to provider availability and geographic coverage. Payments must be made in accordance with the fee structure agreed upon at the time of booking.

Diagnostic and certain related services are provided by licensed third-party partners. While Carely is not directly responsible for clinical outcomes delivered by partners, we are committed to coordinating your care and assisting in any issues that arise.

All Carely providers are rigorously trained and are required to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, patient privacy, and personal respect throughout every service engagement.

Users are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable working environment for healthcare providers during home visits. This includes clear access to the care area, removal of hazards, and reasonable comfort conditions for both patient and provider.

All personal, medical, and household data collected through Carely Health is handled strictly in accordance with the Carely Privacy Policy. We are committed to the protection and confidentiality of all user information.

Carely Health is not liable for medical outcomes that are beyond its operational control, including clinical decisions made by third-party providers or results of diagnostic tests conducted by partner laboratories.

Advance notice is required for the cancellation of any scheduled service. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to applicable charges. Specific timeframes and fees are communicated at the point of booking.

Carely Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any user found to be in violation of these Terms of Service. This includes providing false information, endangering providers, or misusing the platform in any manner.
